Cancelation policy for registrations
Cancellations before 15.01.2025 – registration fee will be fully refunded
Cancellations from 16.01.2025 until 01.03.2025 – a 50% of refund of the paid amount
Cancellations after 01.03.2025 – cancellations will be accepted with no money refunds
Payment information
Official invoice will be sent when payment received.
We kindly ask bank transfer payment to be made within 14 days from offer received to your e-mail.
If, by any chance, you do not get an offer to your e-mail within 5 minutes, please do check your SPAM or JUNK MAIL or contact us to katija@adria-congress.com
Notice of any cancellation/changes must be sent in writing to katija@adria-congress.com.
All refunds will be made after the congress in the same manner as the original payment was received.
